Procedure

When calling the Control Centre, it is vital to provide us with the correct information, to ensure that we can provide residents with the support necessary:

• Provide us with your address information and mention landmarks to identify your location
• Provide us with your full name
• Provide us with accurate information of the incident requiring attention, i.e. tell us what is burning on fire call outs, tell us how many are injured on motor vehicle accidents, etc.
• Ask for a reference number of your call. Should you need to do a follow up call, this number will assist you in checking on the progress of your call. Kindly report all service delivery queries or complaints as well as emergency services relay immediately to the Witzenberg Municipality Control Centre on (023) 492 0181 / 2 (24 hours).
